The Insight Studio

In 2024 I was hired to do user research to design blogs, landing pages, and social media ads to improve the click-rate, time on site, and improve organic search optimization (SEO) results.


My Role


Content Strategy & UX Design
I was responsible for crafting technical blogs covering CRM best practices, data management, marketing automation, and channel collection strategies.

Beyond writing, I led the UX design of these digital experiences, ensuring every blog was engaging, visually compelling, and strategically optimized. I designed all digital assets to enhance readability and user interaction.

User Research & SEO Optimization
Collaborating with management, I developed user personas to refine our target audience. My research focused on SEO opportunities, leveraging keyword analysis, competitive research, and ranking strategies to maximize organic reach.

Social Media & Brand Promotion
I managed social media campaigns to amplify blog visibility, crafting engaging ad creatives and promotional content to drive engagement and conversions for The Insight Studio.

Content Strategy

Personas
I started by creating personas for the type of markets and users we want to attract.

SEO Research
The personas were used to analyze the SEO opportunities. I used SEO optimization software SEMRUSH to review competitors, and find keywords that have high volume, low difficulty, and fit the gaps in coverage in the industry.

Pillar Pages
Blogs were written to create pillar pages that will land on top of the organic search results.

Funnel Development
The stages of the marketing funnel were analyzed to design content for each stage of the marketing funnel: Awareness, Consideration and Conversion.

A/B Testing and User Experience

I leveraged personas throughout the project to inform design decisions, set priorities, and test different designs for engagement and conversion rate.

User Testing

I designed Call-To-Action elements, landing pages, and new design concepts, while conducting user research to optimize content and strategy. This process included competitive analysis, A/B testing, data analysis, and hands-on user testing to gather insights and refine the overall user experience

The Results

Blog clicks increased 300%.

Time on page doubled!

Click-through rates to conversion increased 6%.

SEO Optimization and Pillar pages landed on the top of Google organic search results.
